Adding Portholes Options

OK, I have come to the part where I add the portholes and I would like to know how to align the outlines provided in the kit. I am particularly interested how to get the outline to align with the stern. When I align the outline with the hull the area by the hanger deck is not flush with the model. I think I have to cut on the curved outline to get the outline flush or do I cut the outline in two; from the hanger deck to the hull from the hanger deck to the stern. Please any and all advice is appreciated.

I used the masking tape method to transfer the port holes that Jink's recommends in hid build diary if you look at post #179 in my build diary it should make things more clear. For reference point's I used the deck edge and the boat deck edge to help get everything in the right place. Hope this help's
