Paddock insiders believe that a deal between Red Bull and Raikkonen has already been finalised - with some reports claiming that Webber opted to jump before he was pushed after learning of the reputed agreement.
But Raikkonen is adamant that not only has a deal not been done but he also remains undecided on whether to leave Lotus for Red Bull.

Vettel says he would relish the challenge of working alongside Raikonnen.

At the end of the day Kimi is a racer and even though the Lotus seems to be on the up, he will want to be in the top team with the best car at his disposal, so forget about any loyalties to Lotus, Kimi would be mad to turn down a seat in the best car/team and given that he is in the latter half of his career he will relish any opportunity he can get to add to his single World Championship win before he has to retire for good and he simply doesn't have the time to wait and see if Lotus can develop a car to be number one consistently - which Red Bull already are and will likely continue to be as long as Adrian Newey is their designer!? I would be very surprised if Kimi hadn't already signed or turns the opportunity down?

Don't think Mark Webber jumped before being pushed as he just seems to happy in his own skin since announcing his retirement and I think that he was simply so fed up with supporting Seb that he considered his options BEFORE the start of this season, the Malaysia debacle being the final nail in the coffin for him? He loves sportscar racing and Porsche offering him a five year contract was all he needed to say goodbye to helping SV win more F1 Championships? If he was pushed he would be more angry about it in my opinion and would likely do all he can to tell it as it is? I think he just wanted to leave and the Porsche opportunity was just what he was looking for?

I hope that Red Bull fit bigger mirrors to Sebs' car than they do Kimis' as SV is going to need them to keep an eye on his new team mate!!

Mind you why would he need to look behind when his championship rival and team mate will likely be more often in front of him than behind?!! LOL Flapper LOL Flapper LOL
