If the set can be purchased without the N20 gas bulbs, then shipping to the UK won't be a problem.
N2O charger bulbs are readily availble in the UK via such as eBay (£24 for £10 or less), and commonly used for cream dispenser chargers commonly seen in coffee houses/restaurants etc

The ones used for cream dispensers are actually CO2. You would not want to eat the cream if they used N2O.

Maybe not so in Australia, but they certainly are N2O in the UK
