Hi Guys still finishing "Bismarck" and letting issues of Victory build up nicely. Got to issue 11 but no tool kit arrived yet (got magnifier separately) one point I've found when making the small boat make sure the hull parts are sanded down and fit snug into frame as when you cut the base off the ribs don't touch the planks in some parts so polyfilla is required to close the gaps! Hi mate, and welcome to the forum. Yes I can relate to your problem that you had as mine was the same, and the fact that the planking was only two or three millimetres from the ribs I ignored it and the paint job I gave my launch more or less hid the problem...hope that this helps and that you enjoy your build...BigGrin
