Hi I like those zip plastic bags, which parts beeing packed in, but I didn't know why I'm collecting them . Till now. I've finished my launch and I realized that it could be next year I will put it on my Victory. And I thought it could be covered by dust and spider's webs when it will be needed . And then my eyes catch the pile of plastic bags and.... I found the solution . I've carefully slided my launch into the bag and zipped it. I'm so proud of myself Prem Dyner

Yes - only now you'll have to unzip it again to take your launch out for a photo session and start up a build diary.. Edit: Welcome to the forum bud. Schnellboots on back burner

That's a great idea - I've been binning mine! Right, the next lot that arrive will be used to house my completed constructions.

Nice idea, well done mate! although dont leave the bag totally sealed near sunlight, the moister content could build up, eventually warping your launch. I would collect my zip bags, but they have been commandeered to hold my kids Yu-gi-oh cards Ship Builds on the go

To return to the land of the serious; you can buy sealable bags in a variety of nice small sizes from branches of Staples. They come in handy for all sorts of things around the home and greenhouse. And yes PD, it is a good idea - but we still want to see a build diary. Schnellboots on back burner
