I have now received the extension pack. As I am at the early stage (pack 4) it will be about 2 years until I need to use these parts should I remove the tyres from their plastic bags as I was wandering after this time the tyre markings might get stuck to the inside of the bags and come off or will they be ok for this length of time?

its unlikely, but you could transfer them into a more of a loose fit bag just to be sure

Does anyone know why the super softs and the mediums have the decals already printed on the inside of the tyres Yet we had to put our own decals on the softs.
I wonder if we re-ordered a set of softs they would be already printed or we would have to apply the decals as before.

Just a Thought

Its the mould release agent (silicone oil).

If you want them all shiny, lightly rub them over with silicone oil, but be mindful that it can attract dust particles.

FYI, for the folks in the US. I don't think the extension will be available in the US (at least that is what I was told) so I ordered it from the UK. Excited to finish this beast!

The GB site will not ship to the USA

You need to email internationalshipping@model-space.co.uk to get a quote to ship to the USA

Back in stock..

Optional RB7 upgrade set comprises of:

Two-speed automatic transmission assembly.

2 sets of Tyres & Wheels (medium & super soft).

The two-speed transmission provides a faster standing start, faster acceleration, greater maximum speed, eases stress on the engine (does not have to work as hard), and also has cool gear-shift sound!

The top speed of the standard RB7 racer is about 30mph (47k/mh). The two-speed gearbox will increase the top speed of the RB7 racer to about 37mph (60km/h) and faster acceleration.

Stages 101-104 are 'medium' compound tyres with wheels & rim decals.

Stages 105-111 are the two-speed gearbox components.

Stages 112-115 are the 'super soft' compound tyres with wheels & rim decals.

(The 'yellow' already supplied tyres are 'soft' compound).

Anyone know how to get the option pack in the US?

Here is the response from Model Space GB:

I am sorry but due to customs delays and costs we do not ship any parts or models to the USA from the UK.

Kind regards,
Ian
