 Hi Folks.....was wondering if someone out there can assist me in interpreting a couple of Polish words I have tried an online Polish to English dictionary but no joy on the last two instructions on photo  Appreciate that certain words will have different meanings depending on what the subject is relating too hence the next photo of the symbol and greyed area   Thanks in advance fella's

 Bloomin' eck that was quick Many thanks It is the last 2 instructions the + and the grey arrow that i am unsure off tho Got a rough idea bout the + but not 100%  The grey arrow....got me scoobied
