To all the good people on this forum.

Some time ago i ordered some bees wax to assist me in doing the rigging on the builds i am working on. At last it has arrived and now i have quite a lot as i did not know how much i was ordering.

In the past i have helped others, be it a long time ago with giving them what they needed, now its my turn again as others on here have sent me things i needed.

So to the point, i have a few blocks of wax that is going free as i have far more than i will ever use. So if there is anyone close enough to Walsall in the West Midlands that would like to come and collect some FREE wax, please get in touch. I do not really want to start posting so if you live close and want some please get in touch.

If there id no one close enough to collect i will consider posting to you.

Hope this will be off help to some off you out there in the modelling world.

Regards

Hi Foz.

That's a lovely thing to do for other modellers, well done!
If you can't find any takers near you, you could check if any local schools and colleges have archery on their sports syllabus, bees wax is used to condition bow strings too!

Well done again.

Thanks for the kind comment Robin.

I am only doing what others on here have done for me in the past were some on here have sent me things without any cost so am trying to give a little back to the good people of this forum.

Anyway, have already sent some to a few people and have a few bars left. So to that end i have 2 small packs of 5 bars of the beeswax that is up for grabs. I will post it to anywhere in the UK as the cost is very small.

So the first 2 people that get in touch can have the wax for free, please PM me your details and it will be sent on Monday.

As i said before, just glad that i can help some of you out there like others have helped me in the past.

Best Regards

Thanks you Jase

That is what i mean. I can remember a couple of years ago when i first started building, which was the Vic, it was noticed by other members and Mr T that my hull was twisted.

I was offered at no charge a new one from another member, and some one else, i forget who sent me parts for the Vic that was broken, again, free of charge, so i am just giving something back, yes i know its not much but this community grows and i like to think that people still like to help each other without any rewards. We are all here to help each other.
