Hi
My 3rd delivery of Issues 10, 11, 12 & 13 were sent out 3 weeks ago. I believed that the toolkit was to be sent with the 3rd delivery, but as yet it has not been despatched. I was wondering if anyone might be able to tell me when I might expect to receive this please?

Hi Iain
Unfortunately due to a fault with the customer service computer system a few customers did not receive their toolkits with their third dispatch, however this will be included in the next parcel that you receive from us. Apologies for any inconvenience that this has caused.
