Hi All,
I made a post that weekend as I am a complete novice and was discussing maybe doing the HMS Victory build. However, in my eyes that was a big project to take on first time round. Therefore, whether its the right thing to do or not I have decided to do the much smaller HMS Endeavour Long Boat. And then go from there.
As you probably know this is a Artesania Latina model. How is the painting on these models done. Are you pointed at to what parts to paint and what colour?
And my next genuine question is what is the best place to buy models paints for these kind of ship models
Regards
Chris

A build diary in this link to give you an idea of what's involved, the Endeavour Longboat is a good entry level kit where you can hone your skills to take on a Victory build.

Hi Chris and welcome to the forum. To answer your pair questions. Yes the kit instructions will generally tell you what to paint when. There are a number of paint suppliers including the DeAg shop depending on the colours you need. I would wait till you know what colours you need first Jase “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.” -Mark Twain
