Frustrated with customer service. Options

Maybe someone out there can give me some advice on what to do. I've spoke with customer service in the USA and they cannot help me. I've emailed Customer service in the UK and USA and not even a response. I placed an order for the HMS Victory 10 days ago on the USA website and it does not show up in the USA order computer. My credit card shows that there is a pending authorization. But the USA customer service says they have nothing on my order. I've exhausted all my resources and I don't know who else to communicate with. USA says they will get back to me but no one ever does. This building project is not getting off to a good start........
Any suggestions out there?

Hi Larry,

It can take up to 21 days (I believe) for a subscription to "fully" process. The US ordering system is undergoing some changes to make it more responsive, and to make it wholly self contained.

I am sure Tomick has you sorted, but should you continue to have an issue, please send me a PM, and I'll make some calls.

I apologize for not responding yesterday. I had some minor "surgery" in the morning, and wasn't feeling very chipper for the rest of the day.

Thanks for the quick response. I received an email today from Gary at the USA website and he assured me that the situation will be looked into. He mentioned that their site is undergoing some changes to make it more user friendly. I feel assured now that all should be taken care of. PS. Hope all is well with you.
