Well as this guy could afford it to begin with, I'm assuming he could afford to rebuild it. Although it looks like the chassis has gone, therefore regrettably its not worth saving unless he wants to have a new chassis built plus have a new engine constructed as well! Very expensive!

It will be an insurance write-off and the cost to rebuild would probably be impractical.
