The US ordering process has moved entirely to our shores. All facets of your subscription will now be handled in the US, from ordering to shipment, and all the various issues that might arise.
There have been a few bumps in the road however. If you have subscribed to a kit, and it appeared on your card, then vanished, you will be receiving a call from Us Customer Service to re-establish your subscription. Should you NOT get a call in short order, please let me know, and I'll do my best to get you taken care of, as soon as possible.
There are a lot of you who are subscribing to your first DeAgostini kit, and I'd like to say, WELCOME! Please post any, and all questions here on these forums, and either myself,or one of the other forum support members will address your issue quickly.
