I want to plank my model using x1 metre walnut-strips to eliminate the short 300mm planks/veneer.

How do I go about simulating the planks and butts?

Can I caulked it and leave the butts out?

hi marcel, the easiest way is to us a scalpel, then go over the cut with a sharp pencil,I use hb grade pencil.
