Issue 99
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue and the previous part from the last issue.
As before when we glued the bottom body part to both the feet, I used some super glue with a brush adapter. This is easier to apply the glue along the seams for this process.
Patience is the key to piecing the parts together, bonding just a small section at a time, making sure that the area is dry before moving onto another small section. I started with the centre back area as this seemed the logical place to start, picture 2.
Gluing the whole two pieces took me around 40 minutes. When the body parts have been glued together, take the time to go around the bonding seam lines looking for any small gaps. I used a small toothpick to apply glue to these areas, pictures 3, 4 and 5.
Picture 6 and 7 shows the complete assembly for this issue.

Issue 101

As with the last issue we continue to glue the chest parts together. In this issue we glue the neck to the chest, pictures 2 and 3.
As before, when the body parts have been glued together, take the time to go around the bonding seam lines looking for any small gaps. I used a small toothpick to apply glue to these areas.
There are a couple of parts that will need adjusting before we place the body onto the frame.
Take the head and using a screwdriver make half a turn on the motor screw only if it is too tight. The screw needs to be tight but not over tight, picture 4.
On the left arm, unscrew the adjustor, picture 5, so the arm pivot is at an angle as shown in picture 6 rather than 90 degrees.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 102

Assembling the Neck Spring.
Place the neck spring over the neck shaft feeding the neck cable inside as shown in picture 2. Make sure the wider end of the spring is at the bottom.
Tape the cable securely onto the neck frame as shown in picture 3.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 103
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.
Start by unscrewing the left arm, picture 2. Do the same with the right arm, disconnecting the power cable as shown in picture 3.
Keep the six screws and both arms in a safe place until it is time to reconnect them again. Tape the cable to the shoulder as illustrated in picture 4. This will ensure the cable does not drop down when you fit the body skin.
Carefully place the body skin over the frame, taking care not to dislodge any components.
Once in place, glue the lower body to the middle body together.
As before, when the body parts have been glued together, take the time to go around the bonding seam lines looking for any small gaps. I used a small toothpick to apply glue to these areas.
Tip: My two body parts were cold and rigid. I used a warm hair dryer to warm the skin up to make them more pliable when gluing them together.

Issue 104

As before, glue the two back head skin sections together, pictures 2 and 3. Take the time to go around the bonding seam lines looking for any small gaps. I used a small toothpick to apply glue to these areas.
Insert the finished head from issue 20 into the skin as shown in picture 4. Now place the face skin over the front and glue it to the rear head skin in the same way as you have done with all the other body parts, pictures 5 and 6.
Once the glue is dry, place the head onto the neck frame. Connect the cable from the neck to the connector inside the head, taking off the tape that held it in place. You will need to pull the skin back to access the connector for this operation, picture 7.
