STAGE 108A:
Tyrannosaurus left leg 6.
Pic 1: Fit the clear rings 108.7 into the recessed side of the black rotation discs 108.6.
Pic 2: Remove the black square part under the main body but keep the PWB screw. Do the same on the other side.
Pic 3: Replace the square part removed with the circular assemblies from step 1. The clear ring 108.7 is uppermost.
Fix using the removed PWB screw.
Pic 4: Do the same on the other side.
Pic 5: Retrieve the leg assembly and fit the internal knee 108.3 as shown.
Fix with 1 x PWB screw.

STAGE 108B:
Pic 6: Press-fit the cap 108.5 into the knee joint.
Pic 7: Do the same on the other side.
Pic 8: Fit the circular recess in the top of the leg assembly over the round rotation joint on the left of the body, fitted in step 3.
Pic 9: From the inside of the leg, fit the retaining bracket 108.2 and fix with 4 x PWB screws.
Pic 10: Fit the trim piece 108.4 as shown.
It will only fit one way.
Pic 11: Fit the inner thigh panel 108.1 and fix with 4 x PWB screws.
Store the model safely for now.

Tyrannosaurus right leg 2.
Pic 1: Fit the knee joint spindle 111.5 into the leg 111.1 from behind and fix with 4 x PWM screws.
Pic 2: Fit the internal part 111.4 as shown. It will only fit one way.
Pic 3: Retrieve the assemblies from stage 110.
Fit the spindle 110.5 into the hole in the end of the leg 111.2 and then fit the connecting piece 111.2 as shown.
Pic 4: Fit the leg part 111.1 to the assembly and fix with 2 x PB screws.
Pic 5: Press-fit the screw cover trim 111.3 in place.
Store the assembly safely.

STAGE 112:
Tyrannosaurus right leg 3.
Pic 1: Fit the 3 x toes 112.3 to the foot 112.2 and fix from the inside with 3 x PWB screws.
Pic 2: Fit the assembly to the foot 112.1 and fix with 2 x PWM screws.
Pic 3: Fit the shin parts 112.6 and 112.7 together as shown.
Pic 4: Fit the shin part 112.5 inside the assembly.
Pic 5: Fit the shin part 112.4 inside the assembly and fix with 2 x KB screws.
Pic 6: Retrieve the leg assembly and fit the shin in place as shown.
Fix with 1 x KB screw through the grey connecting piece.
Pic 7: Fit the foot assembly 112.1 to the connecting piece on the end of the leg assembly and fix with 2 x PWM screws.

STAGE 114:

Pic 1: Fit the internal plate 114.2 into the thigh 114.1 and fix with 4 x PWB screws.
Pic 2: Press the wide end of the spindle 114.4 into the hexagonal hole in the thigh 114.1.
Make sure it is pushed fully in place.
Pic 3: Fit the internal knee 114.3 over the spindle 114.4 as shown.
Pic 4: Retrieve the leg/foot assembly from the previous stage and fit the knee joint 114.3 over the metal spindle as shown.
Fix using 4 x PWM screws.
Store the leg safely for now.

Pic 5: Fit the connecting cover 115.2 in place and fix with 4 x PWB screws.
Pic 6: Fit the trim piece 115.4 as shown and then add the outer cover 115.1.
Fix with 4 x PWB screws.

Pic 1: Fit the 2 x rubber grips 117.4 into the slots in the cannon half 117.1 as shown.
Pic 2: Press fit the other cannon half 117.2 in place on the lower part, fitting the rubber grips in place.
Pic 3: Assemble the second cannon in the same way.
Pic 4: Fit the cannon ends 117.3 as shown.
Pic 5: Retrieve the Pterodactyl Dinozord and fit the cannons onto the wing tips as shown.
Store the model safely.

STAGE 118:
Megazord weapons 2.
Pic 1: Remove the cannons from the Pterodactyl assembly.
Pic 2: Retrieve the main Megazord assembly and press on the top/back of the head and the upper back where indicated at the same time to release the chest panel.
Pic 3: With the chest panel down, locate the two tabs highlighted in red to attach the cannons.
Pic 4: Press-fit the two cannons onto their respective tabs as shown.
Pic 5: Close the chest panel and store the model and other parts safely for now.

STAGE 119:
Megazord weapons 3.
Pic 1: Press-fit the shaft parts 119.1 and 119.2 together.
Pic 2: Fit the tip 119.3.
Pic 3: Fit the assembly to the cross guard as shown and fix with 2 x PB screws.
Pic 4: Press-fit the upper guard 119.4 in place.
Pic 5: Retrieve the blade 118.1 from the previous stage and fit the handle assembly in place as shown.
Pic 6: Fit the trim piece 119.6.
Pic 7: Fix from the other side with 1 x PB screw.
Pic 8: Press-fit the trim piece 119.7 in place.
Pic 9: Repeat on the other side of the blade with the matching parts.

STAGE 120:
Connection fittings.
FINAL STAGES 1:
NOTE: The parts in this stage are not permanent fittings.
They are used depending on the positioning of the assembly in the final stage 121:
Megazord Tank Mode.
Megazord Standing Mode.
MEGAZORD TANK MODE.
Pic 1: Retrieve the Triceratops and push the rear tail down as far as possible.
Pic 2: Locate the clear part 120.4 and slide it into the upper area above the tail, with the ‘hooked’ end inwards.
Take care not to let it fall right through the assembly.
Pic 3: Close the tail back up again and fold the lower part of the tail upwards.
Locate the clear part 120.3.
Position it as shown.
Pic 4: Slide the part into the lower cavity under the tail.
Pic 5: Fold the tail back down again.
Pic 6: Retrieve the Sabretooth Dinozord and as before, fold the tail assembly down as far as possible.
Locate the clear part 120.9.
Pic 7: Slide the part into the upper cavity as shown.
Pic 8: Push the tail assembly back up again and locate the clear part 120.8.
Pic 9: Fit the part 120.8 into the cavity underneath the tail assembly.
Pic 10: Fold the tail assembly down again.

STAGE 121:
Connection fittings.
FINAL STAGES 2:
MEGAZORD STANDING MODE
As mentioned in stage 120, all the parts used here are not permanent fittings.
Depending on the choice of final assembly which can be changed whenever you wish, you will use different parts from stage 120 so you must take care not to lose the unused parts at any time.
For instructions on assembly of the Megazord, refer to the printed magazines 120 and 121 which give clear pictorial instructions on how to fit the parts together.
To try to illustrate it here would involve countless text stages and 50 – 60 pictures.
Pic 1: Retrieve the Sabretooth Tiger and bend the head and neck upwards as shown.
Stand the assembly with the body upwards and locate the support 120.6.
It will push-fit into the slot indicated.
Pic 2: Part in place.
Pic 3: Locate the support part 120.7.
It will push-fit into the slot shown.
Pic 4: Part in place.
Pic 5: Turn the assembly around and locate support 120.5.
It will fit in the slot indicated.
Pic 6: Part in place.
Pic 7: Retrieve the Triceratops and rotate the head and neck upwards.
Pic 8: Fit the support 120.1 as shown.
Pic 9: Press-fit the other support 120.2 into 120.1 as shown.
Pic 10: The two silver support parts 120.10 will be used when connecting these assemblies to the main Megazord, to fill the gaps at the knees.
